FAU4-1082 Blog post 2: Three Fun Festivals in Taiwan

Taiwan has many fun festivals throughout the year. For example, in June, you can visit the Ho Hai Yan Rock festival in Gongliao. I like the Ho Hai Yan Rock festival a lot  because there are a lot of people and the music is awesome. Additionally, you can dance and sing when you join this festival. Additionally, the next time you’re in Taiwan, remember to visit the Lantern festival in many different cities. I really like this festival because I like to see the lanterns in the night sky. Many people like to bring their families and go camping. (picture of the festival) Finally, when the temperature is cooler, you can also join in the fun at the Chinese New Festival in Minxiong, Chaiyi City.  This festival is so cool because people can visit their families, eat lots of yummy food and drink Jinmen Kaoliang.  It is very exciting to see everybody so happy together and playing majong.. Central Taiwan consists of Miaoli County, Taichung City, Changhua County, Nantou County, and Yunlin County. Although all of these places have something special to offer, I would like to tell you about my three favorite places, Wufeng, Puli and Sun Moon Lake. In Wufeng, you can see the beautiful Asia University. Additionally, if you like eating Oyster and pig intestine soup, you should visit Shuren street for yummy food. When I’m in Wufeng, my favorite thing to do is go to Asia University and talk with students - they are the best. If you ever get a chance to visit Puli, I suggest going to see Carp Lake. While you are there, you can also sing Karaoke at my friend's outdoor Karaoke restaurant. Whenever I go there, my favorite activity is singing, drinking beer and talking to my friends. Finally, if you’re ever in Sun Moon lake, you should rent a bike and ride around the lake. And don’t forget to visit the indigenous people that live nearby. So the next time you’re t
